Mini Thai Pork Sausage Rolls

Ingredients (makes 24)
- 500g lean pork mince,
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 4 sheets frozen canola puff pastry, thawed and halved lengthwise
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tablespoons low or reduced fat milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 200’C.
- Put the pork mince, breadcrumbs, cumin, ground coriander, sweet chilli sauce, fresh coriander in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Spread one quarter of the mixture along one edge of one thawed sheet of pastry and roll up to conceal the filling. Repeat with the remaining filling and pastry sheets. Cut each roll into six bite size sausage rolls and place the rolls seam side down on two baking trays lined with non stick paper.
- Lightly brush the rolls with milk and bake for 20 minutes or until the pastry is crisp and golden and the filling is cooked through.
Serve hot with tomato or sweet chilli sauce.
