There is little doubt that our mind, body and spirit are intimately connected.Exactly how this all works is still somewhat of a mystery with many theories seeking to explain the connection.

As we achieve some wisdom with age,we tend to think more about spiritual issues and the mind / body connection.

We certainly don't have all the answers.
