A new and exciting Australian based tour company, 2WorldTours, understands that travellers today want something more than just a holiday and that they want to contribute in a positive way to the destinations they travel through.
2WorldTours provide a range of small group (maximum of 10) and independent humanitarian tours that provide a balance of historical and cultural activities with visits to a variety of locally run humanitarian aid projects in Cambodia with tours commencing early in 2008 to Laos, Thailand and Vietnam.
The tours are a great option for those thinking of volunteering (but are unsure of where to start or what to do) or for those who just want a different and rewarding travel experience. Participants get the option to lend a hand at some of the projects, and find out first hand what volunteering programs involve before committing to long-term or expensive tenures in unfamiliar destinations.
