At Housesonline we understand the needs of our customers in the ever changing world of real estate. We recognise that there are many home owners unhappy with the traditional way of real estate selling and the high commissions paid to traditional agents.

The Housesonline Sold Together Packages are a new way to sell real estate and offer two main advantages that vendors perceive as extremely important in the selling of their property.

(1)Saving in commissions

Large increases in property prices in Australia in recent years has resulted in real estate commissions doubling and with the introduction of the Internet this has lessened the amount of work an agent has to do. This means that the general public now have great difficulty in accepting higher commissions for less work.As an example if someone bought a property for $400,000 and decided to sell 12 months later for $500,000 they would pay $16,500 in commissions (based upon an average 3% commission rate) which equates to 16.5% of the profit they have just made on the property.Selling the same property through the Housesonline Sold Together Package would cost only $7397 which represents only 7.39% of your profit, resulting in a saving of $9,103 in commissions

At Housesonline we recognise that the vendors are the best people to carry out the inspection of their property to a potential buyer. This eliminates the need for a third party being involved and leads to inspections being organised quicker. All questions are answered by the vendor direct to the buyer immediately. We also recognise that most people are uncomfortable when it comes to the negotiation process of the contract, that is where our expertise and experience comes in as we carry out all negotiations and complete the contract ready to deliver to the Solicitor. Selecting the Sold Together Package means your property will be listed on most of the major property websites in Australia
